Poor visitor access control. Strong smell of urine in common areas. I'm lowering my rating because, on top of everything else, they not only don't apologize for what's so obvious, but they're practically calling me a liar. They're even making me doubt whether my mother is being treated properly. My wife had to clean her mouth, which was full of dried food. She's a professional in this field, and her rating is worse than mine. Take better care of your residents, and you'll get better reviews. It's not going to cut it for me to tell you now that if I'm not happy, I should take her to another residence. You should listen to people who know what senior living facilities are all about.

I don't give it a -10 because there aren't any. IT'S NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR THE ELDERLY!!! It's a facility based on profit, negligence, neglect, and elder abuse. You just have to take a look there. They let my grandmother die there. She came in self-sufficient less than a year ago and is no longer with us... First, she fell and they didn't tell us. After 3 days of sedation so she would stop screaming and "bothering them," we noticed she was feeling strange and asked them to please call an ambulance so she could be seen at the hospital... A broken hip, emergency surgery, she stopped walking and thinking properly. We asked for explanations, and of course, it was all our own inventions. First complaint. They wouldn't fasten her bra, they tied it in a knot!!! With the resulting hematoma, when we discovered it, we also complained, and no one knew anything... She started to stop eating the little food they gave her, she started to lose attention, she started breathing poorly... We asked to be seen by the doctor... According to them, everything was still normal. On the last day, we saw her with great difficulty breathing, but they informed us that the doctor had seen her and she was fine. We left. A while later, they told us they had called an ambulance and were taking her to the hospital. No ambulance arrived at the hospital, and after waiting more than an hour there, we headed to the center. There, the ambulance doctor informed us that she was already dead when they arrived. Complaint form, consumer arbitration, and civil complaint. SHAMELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Little humanity. If you don't want to dedicate yourself to the elderly, don't have a business like this. Not to mention the lack of staff—two people for the entire center on weekends (encouraging us to file a complaint because they couldn't cope on their own)—so as soon as you walk in, you can already hear the screams and cries of all the elderly, alone and unattended. The food... Speechless. The pajamas and slippers disappear day in and day out. The manager DOESN'T EVEN DARE ANSWER, TELLING YOU THAT THIS IS NOT THE REALITY OF THE CENTER; there are countless complaints, claims, and reviews. WHEN THE EARTH RUNS, THERE'S NO AIR. We won't rest until they close that center of horrors! If anyone is thinking of bringing a family member, please think twice and, above all, take a look "incognito." You'll discover that everything they say is true.

Honestly, it was a horrible experience. The service was okay, but the food and cleanliness were awful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, although I admit some of the staff are good. But honestly, it was the worst experience I've ever had. I'm absolutely certain I won't fly there again, and if you go back, it'll be because of the people I got along with. Otherwise, it's a complete disaster.

My mother has been in this residence and we are delighted; the care from the caregivers and management has been excellent.

They tie down the elderly residents at night so they can't get up, even without the family's consent. This is humiliating, degrading, and completely prohibited treatment. This way, the two caregivers for almost 120 residents can dedicate themselves to other tasks. The medical department they boast about is practically nonexistent. Not a single blood test in a year and a half. When she's had an infection, it's been detected by the family, and only then has she been examined. The food portions are minuscule, and with so little staff, the residents either eat alone or, most of the time, don't eat at all. Immediately after moving to the new residence, she was diagnosed with malnutrition. Despite requests for stimulation, occupational therapy, and more physical therapy, it was all in vain. They said she wasn't cooperating, sidelined our mother, and we ended up believing it. The move to the new residence has been brutal; we've been shown countless videos of activities and abilities we thought she no longer possessed. It's impossible to provide even acceptable care, let alone quality care, with so few direct care staff and those in charge lying and trying to make everything seem fine. And this is happening when they're actually looking after your family member; I don't even want to think about what happens when they're not.
