The residence is poorly managed, and the interior is in appalling condition. The treatment among the staff and management is despicable. They steal things from the staff's lockers and do nothing, and if they've done anything, it's for a reason, and they should go report it to the Civil Guard. If I had to leave a relative there, I wouldn't let them, because they make fun of the elderly. I would ask that the Valdegodos company that manages this residence stop by and conduct a thorough investigation into what's wrong, starting with the management and ending with the ineptitude of the staff.

My mother has been here for almost a year since she was transferred. The staff are very kind to the residents, and the food and care she received were excellent. There was good communication with the coordinators. It's a public residence that should receive more support from the regional government (Xunta) to improve the facilities and hire more staff.

Poorly managed by management, the staff is disrespectful toward the elderly and laughs at them, the cleaning is terrible, and the facilities are completely neglected by management. It leaves much to be desired, and the worst part is that family members don't even know about it.
