My parents were interested in a double room several times, and the truth is, the office was very bad, with people laughing among themselves and receiving poor service. As they were leaving, on the stairs (unbelievable in a nursing home), a woman almost fell, and instead of helping her, they scolded her. They decided not to go back there.
