I think we need more staff. We are at the Ourense Nursing Home due to my father-in-law's fall this morning, second fall and second visit to the Emergency Room since he also fell yesterday, two falls in less than 24 hours

Good morning, could someone tell me how the Coles care home is doing right now? Food, care... My parents are at the one in Barbadas and it's awful, terrible. I'm looking for another one to put them in and this one has better reviews. Thanks

The residents are treated professionally. They are kept in good condition and well cared for. They are entertained and have plenty of activities to do throughout the day. They are always holding workshops depending on the holiday (Saint Martin's Day, Saint John's Day, Christmas, etc.). Laura, the manager, is a delight and helps us with everything we need. Thanks to all the staff :)

Dream residence. Beautiful!! I stayed with my family member at this residence, and the treatment was exquisite. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They treated our family member with affection and respect, both for him and for us as family members. Something very remarkable is that they haven't had any COVID cases. A great team. Thank you for everything.
