The initial treatment was good, pleasant, until you sign the contract; after that, everything changes. They don't show you the facilities, you don't know what they eat, and the information provided to family members is nonexistent—no information about hospital admissions or outings, nothing at all. When you ask for explanations, they claim it's the family member who doesn't want any contact with you. Even after my father passed away almost two months ago, I still haven't recovered all of his belongings; they only gave me what they wanted. If you read this review and have a family member in this residence, please be very careful; don't trust their kind words. My personal experience was horrible. THIS IS NOT A PLACE I RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE.

They are an example of affection, respect, and care for our elders. The entire staff, from management to the whole team, provided impeccable service. I can only express my gratitude to each and every one of them for their professionalism and attention during difficult times for our loved ones and their families.
