Los Apartamentos tutelados Alfredo Romero reciben críticas muy negativas en su mayoría, con usuarios denunciando una gestión deficiente, falta de comunicación, personal administrativo poco amable y un trato inadecuado hacia los residentes, aunque hay menciones puntuales de empleados con vocación que contrastan con otros de actitud negativa. Las pocas opiniones positivas se ven ampliamente superadas por reportes de negligencia, inaccesibilidad telefónica y un ambiente que genera preocupación y angustia entre los familiares de los residentes.
