The best choice we could have made. During her stay, the service from all the staff was impeccable. They were incredibly warm and friendly with her and the whole family. Being kept constantly informed was incredibly reassuring. I only have words of gratitude for ALL the staff. They made my mother's last months as comfortable as possible.

I think it's a small, very family-oriented residence with fun activities that involve all the staff, families, and residents. All the staff are very attentive and caring; the medical and nursing staff are attentive to the medical care each resident needs. We felt like one big family, and my mother was very happy and her needs were well taken care of. We are very happy to have been part of this family of staff and residents.

We arrived at El Mirador after being bounced from another nursing home I'd rather not name. Our mother has been well cared for throughout her time as a resident. The staff has been super friendly and caring at all times. I would like to express my gratitude to each and every person who works at El Mirador to ensure our loved ones are as well as they deserve. I would especially like to thank her and her children for the wonderful care and support they received during her final days. Your work is very important and is not recognized as it should be.
