Sanitas Residencial Luz de Estella recibe mayormente valoraciones excelentes de familiares que destacan la profesionalidad, higiene, compasión y dedicación del equipo, así como la calidad de la alimentación adaptada a necesidades especiales. Sin embargo, existe al menos una opinión discrepante que cuestiona la falta de calidez y empatía en el trato general, sugiriendo que algunas reseñas positivas podrían no ser completamente representativas de la experiencia de todos los residentes.

When you can no longer care for your loved one, you want to leave them in the best hands. We want to express our sincere gratitude to the entire team at Sanitas “Residencia Luz de Estella” for all the love and care our father has been receiving since he began his stay there over three and a half years ago. When everything seems dark and insurmountable, you always find a smile from a member of the team here, which helps you maintain hope. There are so many things I could highlight… but I'll summarize them by focusing on those that are most important in our particular case: professionalism, hygiene, and compassion. I want to express my gratitude to the entire professional team at the residence for the excellent care they provided to my father, José Mari. Thank you for the attention, affection, and support you offered him during his stay. To Judith, Delia, Miriam, Eva, Lourdes, Ana, Irene, Arancha, Cristina, Milagros, Martina, and Sara: you were not only essential to my father's daily life, but you were also by my side during the most difficult times. Sanitas Luz de Estella is a residence where the food is very good. Special menus are made for holidays. Now, for San Fermin, they have made stuffed eggs decorated with the typical San Fermin costume. Our residents eat them very comfortably since they are soft and juicy, and that is one of the keys to making them savorable and easy to eat.

I'm not giving it one star so as not to be too unfair to some of the women who have taken excellent care of my aunt during the four years she's been in the residence (which isn't really a home), because I've never felt that sense of home for them. In general, with the exceptions I've mentioned (which is why I'm giving them two stars), I've felt very little affection, a lot of arrogance, and no empathy. And the fact that the residence's overall rating is so high, with reviews—all five stars, of course—written by the staff and their families, makes you wonder...

It's a 10-star nursing home. I have nothing but words of gratitude for the entire staff. My mother spent her final years there until she passed away on January 4th, and I can say that I am very proud to have chosen this nursing home to care for her. I want to thank the entire staff, starting with the management, social workers, doctors and nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapist, and psychologist. They have helped us with every type of procedure and question we've had. And they have helped my mother. Also, of course, all the staff on the third floor who cared for her with such love and ensured her well until the very end. It has been a relief for us to know that she was in such good hands. My mother was a woman who left her mark. But for us, the Luz de Estella nursing home also leaves an indelible mark on our hearts. Thank you very much from my mother, MARIA ZAMORA.
