La Residencia La Vaguada presenta opiniones muy divididas: mientras algunos usuarios elogian el trato cálido del personal, las excelentes instalaciones y los programas de actividades para los residentes, otros reportan problemas graves como falta de comunicación en el proceso de admisión, trato áspero hacia los huéspedes y presunto uso excesivo de medicación para controlar comportamientos difíciles. La experiencia parece variar significativamente según el tipo de residente y la interacción con los diferentes departamentos de la residencia.

They're completely unprofessional. I've called more than six times and they haven't bothered to answer. When you call, they tell you that Claudia (the admissions manager) is very busy and will call you back... You call again and they say they've already passed on the information, someone asks for your phone number (what about data protection laws??), writes it down, and the phone doesn't ring. This went on for over two weeks. I did get one call from Claudia, to ask what I wanted, and when I told her, she said she didn't have time at that moment and would call me back the next day. That call never came. All this just to get my information and put me on a waiting list. I don't recommend them. It was probably because of that interaction with my brother, after I explained the situation and told him I was giving up. Thanks anyway.

Qualified staff. Excellent facilities. The home care service is highly recommended. They follow up and take care to find professionals depending on each patient's condition. Always willing to help and answer any questions you may have.

Be careful if they're quiet residents, everything's fine... as soon as things get a little complicated, they fill it with tablets so they don't cause any problems... and they do the showers and everything else roughly.

They take very good care of the elderly and there are performances, my mother is delighted

A very good center, they treat the elderly very well, with activities that help a lot and they always have a smile on their face, it's nice to see how they treat the elderly and how they love them.
