La Clínica psiquiátrica Padre Menni recibe opiniones polarizadas: mientras algunos usuarios elogian la profesionalidad, compasión y dedicación del equipo hacia sus pacientes, la mayoría de las reseñas críticas denuncian graves deficiencias en la gestión, falta de empatía de ciertos profesionales (especialmente en psiquiatría), ineficiencia en la respuesta ante incidentes y negligencia en el seguimiento de quejas. Las experiencias negativas superan ampliamente a las positivas, sugiriendo problemas sistémicos importantes en la calidad y atención al usuario.

There are people drinking and all sorts of things, and the center is ignoring it. We filed a complaint, and they did nothing. We spoke with the social worker, Marian, who supposedly understood our situation, but she did nothing. She just did what she wrote on the paper, just to have something written down... She didn't even speak with the social worker, Marta Valles. She was supposed to call us the next day to discuss the situation, and we still haven't received a response or anything. They couldn't care less. The people at the center are very poorly treated. Some people escape, and they do absolutely nothing. It's very badly organized. You call, and on top of that, they tell you they're not police officers to detain anyone. You call because a resident is unwell, you explain the situation, and they hang up on you. The next option will be to report the center and the social worker. Besides that, you call because a resident is unwell, and they don't even go to look for them or anything, as if there were any police involvement—they couldn't care less.

To access psychology consultations, I was informed that I first had to go through psychiatry. I made an appointment without checking the reviews, which turned out to be a huge mistake. I had the misfortune of being seen by "Psychiatrist B," whose impression on patients has been so negative that many of us have felt the need to share our experience. I encountered a completely dehumanized professional, lacking empathy and with an arrogant attitude. During the session, I even told her that her treatment was aggressive and that I was going to leave; it was then that she moderated her attitude somewhat. As other reviews mention, I left the consultation feeling worse than when I arrived, without even understanding the purpose of having gone. Although the staff at admissions and reception were friendly, the overall experience was awful. I will be filing a formal complaint with IMQ, as it is the only affiliated center in Navarre.
