I would not recommend this residence to anyone. The building itself (the storefront) is very nice, but the care inside is extremely poor. This applies to everyone from management to staff. It's a case of doing the bare minimum. Despite the high price, there is absolutely no professionalism. My mother died due to the poor care. She arrived at the hospital with necrosis in her heel, which the family was completely unaware of, and a pressure ulcer on her sacrum. The doctors thought she lived alone; that says it all. It's a disgrace. They only care about money. Our loved ones are just numbers, meaning money.

Overall, the facility and the care provided to residents are good. However, they have a VERY SERIOUS problem with the staff: When I visited my father a few days ago, a couple of items had been stolen from his room. Speaking with other residents and family members, it turns out that this is NOT THE FIRST TIME items like wedding rings, jewelry, and even other seemingly worthless objects have been stolen. They should take action, because it seems the management doesn't care. It's a SHAME that, given what people pay, these practices are tolerated. They should have stricter controls over who they hire.

A very limited and cold view of old age. I haven't used the facilities, but I have to say that the mural they've created borders on the ageist attitude of its creator. Although the intention is to pay tribute to older people, the result conveys a stereotypical and outdated image: clothing from another era, only faces (no bodies or gestures), cold colors, and a black background that doesn't invite you to approach. There's no diversity or vitality. It gives more of a sense of the past than the present. Old age is so much more than this; it should be changed immediately to offer a fairer and more realistic image of aging. What a shame.

It's a shame that they blame the employees for what's happening at this company, Centro Socio Sanitario del Norte, when it's the management itself and their bad practices that are to blame. Before admitting your family member here, request a record of employee hires and terminations. Good workers keep leaving, starting with a nasty coordinator named Maider. In my opinion, this company is one of the worst in the sector in Navarre... Anyway, I could go on.

My mother has been a resident for 3 years and I don't understand why all the reviews are 10/10, surely manipulated. Everything they say they do is a lie, and regarding their newspaper ad claiming that 94% of their clients are happy, they'll have to prove it. I'm going to move my mother.
