Opiniones

Hello, as a family member, I wanted to emphasize how happy I am with the care my mother has been receiving from the nursing home staff for the past three years and to thank them for the excellent attention they provide to us family members. I also wanted to congratulate the receptionist, Sonia, who works there on weekends for her kind, friendly, attentive (she's always on top of anything we ask and solves it for us), and for how she treats the residents with tenderness, respect, and affection. To us, the family members, she's a ten and above as a worker and a delightful person. Congratulations on having her at the center.

I'm happy with the nurses. I'm happy with the linen (there's a lot to be desired). The cleanliness of the linen is a 10, but many things have been lost. The dentures are missing, and there's been no positive response from management (supposedly there's insurance). I still think the insurance should take care of it. The weekend receptionist, Sonia, is exceptional, kind, attentive, and always at everyone's service.

I have so much to say… But I'll just say that the person admitted to this care home (my mother) suffered eight falls, and they only called me once, and that was because she was taken to the emergency room. I found this out from the inspection report by the Department of Social Rights, Residential Care Inspection Service. All of this happened last year. Now I can write about it calmly.

I want to give my overall opinion. First, Sonia, the receptionist who works weekends, is a wonderful person—attentive, cheerful, and kind, always on top of things. Pili, the nurse, is equally professional, attentive, cheerful, and very kind. Regarding the residence itself, I'm very dissatisfied with the care. They lose clothes, they give residents other people's clothes, the caregivers are unprofessional, the meals are subpar, and the facilities are terrible. The rooms have metal wardrobes, the bathrooms are old, and the floors have stains that are visible from a distance. The rooms are dark; they barely have any light, I mean from the light bulbs. I will say, though, that the garden area looks nice at first glance because it's large.

I would like to thank the entire staff for their professionalism, dedication, and affection for the care they gave our uncle at all times. They were very affectionate and attentive to him and the entire family until his end. I have nothing but words of gratitude for all of them, who have made things easier and helped us a lot during these difficult times. A thousand thanks for everything and for making my uncle's end easier.
