AMAVIR Oblatas es una residencia que destaca por la excelente calidad de atención y cuidado compasivo de su equipo, según valoran positivamente la mayoría de residentes y familias, destacando la buena comunicación, adaptación de alimentos y actividades disponibles. My mother and I were very happy there. The caregivers were attentive to the residents (although there could be more), and the cleanliness was good. Communication with family members was excellent. Whenever I wanted to speak with the doctor or nurse, there were no problems, and the caregivers listened to us every day about any issue we needed to address, as they are primarily our point of contact. The food was adapted to the residents' needs, and they display the daily menu items for the weekend, which usually looked good. It's true that there could be more variety. There are activities almost every afternoon for residents and their families, and if you prefer, there's a large garden for walks.

There's a high turnover of staff, which means they're not familiar with the residents' special characteristics. Families are also lacking information about how residents are progressing within the facility.

A year ago, we brought my mother to the Amavir Oblatas residence. From the moment we arrived, asking for help, until now, when my mother has left us, we have seen the care and professionalism with which they treat the residents and their families.
