La Residencia Los Marines presenta opiniones muy divididas: mientras algunos residentes y familiares elogian el ambiente limpio, la amabilidad del personal y la atención cercana y profesional, otros expresan preocupación seria sobre la falta de personal cualificado, lo que resulta en un cuidado inadecuado de los ancianos, largos períodos de inactividad y carga excesiva de trabajo para los asistentes. Las valoraciones oscilan entre críticas severas sobre las condiciones laborales del personal y su impacto en la calidad de vida de los residentes, y testimonios muy positivos que destacan un trato familiar

In principle, the place is very clean; the air in the residence is renewed every 15 minutes. One star, why? Very simple. The PROBLEM in the residence, and the ones who suffer the most, are the residents themselves. It's a shame how they're treated 😢. Due to a lack of staff, the assistants do everything from cleaning to catering, earning a pittance. There are staff members without qualifications who are cleaning and getting the residents up, and there's no staff for occupational therapy activities. They're bored because there's no staff; the elderly are lifted up and put in an armchair until they go to bed for hours on end. The night assistant has 29 residents to herself and has to clean armchairs, bathrooms, the kitchen, prepare and administer medication, give insulin, take blood pressure, and bathe some residents starting at 6:00 in the morning. Would you bathe your father IN WINTER AT THOSE HOURS?????
