My parents have been living at Los Almendros residence for eleven years, in the bungalow section. I only have words of gratitude for the care and professionalism of the team. From the cleaning staff like Lola, to the healthcare staff (Yeny, Belén…), to the rehabilitation teachers, and especially Silvia, Lourdes, María, Ana, Flori, Araceli… pure hearts ♥️♥️♥️. It's a wonderful residence; they're like a big family and always ready to make life as easy as possible. Thank you.

We are very happy and grateful. My mother is a different person, or rather, she is more like herself. Before we brought her there, she was like a living dead person. The staff is fantastic, and she interacts a lot with the girls, who are excellent people and very professional caregivers. Highly recommended.

Appalling. They kill the elderly through absurd negligence. It's freezing cold in the bungalows during winter and autumn. A real gale-force wind blows, and it's impossible to leave your room without catching pneumonia. They don't know how to handle falls; they don't check for broken bones. They put them in bed and forget about them. Hygiene is minimal. I had personal experience with a family member, and I'll never stop feeling guilty for not getting them out sooner. We did it as soon as we found another place, but it was already badly damaged from the complete lack of care, and it didn't last long. They present a false, pleasant image when they show the facilities in spring or September. Pure evil.

My mother has been a resident in the bungalow area for years, and I have nothing but words of gratitude for the great team of assistants there, Silvia, Laura, Lourdes, Flori… my mother loves you all so much, and for the nurses Jeni and Belen, who take such good care of her. My experience as a family member is excellent. They help me feel at ease every day because I know my mother is well looked after and cared for, and that if anything happens, you let us know immediately, and thanks to all of this, we can balance our work and caring for her. The residence hosts a multitude of activities in which our family members participate, and they share photos with us afterward. They organize activities that involve family members and residents. And above all, and most importantly, my mother is happy and incredibly well looked after and cared for. Thank you to everyone, from the assistants, the healthcare workers, and the administrative staff; you are exceptional.
