Opiniones

Our experience at this care home has been completely unsatisfactory. Since my relative's admission, we have observed woefully inadequate medical and nursing care. On several occasions, the doctors have avoided referring residents to the hospital, which delays treatment and worsens their condition. Colds and other ailments, both major and minor, take far too long to be addressed, and the nurses rarely respond with the necessary speed or professionalism. Unfortunately, due to the feeling of helplessness and lack of trust, I recommend considering other options before placing a family member there.

Good afternoon, I'm giving you one star because I can't give zero. In 2023, my father's wife and daughter admitted him to that nursing home in Vélez. Although he arrived walking and eating well, his condition worsened there. There was a lack of hygiene, food he couldn't eat, cold rooms—in short, a series of negligent acts, one after another. Unfortunately, we couldn't get him out because his wife was his guardian. He passed away in July after having a very high fever for four days, and the nursing home refused to have him taken to the hospital. I called the nursing home requesting his medical reports, and they sent me the ones from 2023! And only two of them! I called them, and they said they didn't have any more because nothing had come up to add? My God, this isn't normal. I'm leaving you some photos here that Carlos emphasizes: he arrived without oral hygiene and continued without it, and that's how the poor man died. He could have been saved, or at least they could have tried. You still have time to get your family members out of this house of horrors.
