    A lovely two-story Andalusian-style residence with a beautiful garden in a very quiet area of ​​Las Chapas, Marbella. The staff is very friendly. The guest lounge could be a bit larger, as it gets quite small on rainy or cold days. The price of drinks and snacks from the vending machines could be a little lower for residents. Overall, a good place.

    I have nothing but words of gratitude for the Residence for the humane treatment, attention, affection, empathy, and emotional intelligence they provide to both residents and their families. I am eternally grateful for the warm and welcoming atmosphere, worthy of a team of professionals led by its Director, Miguel Angel Gallego. For my mother, her stay has been like being at home; she kept telling me she didn't understand why they loved her so much. It's not an easy job, and it must be a true calling to endure so much pressure. The day I left my mother at the entrance after a visit, I saw the director offer her his arm to take her to her room, which touched me deeply. If it's difficult for us to care for our elderly relatives at home, it's even more so for a stranger who must have exceptional composure to deal with the unexpected reactions of an elderly person, sometimes with a neurological condition. I feel compelled to leave a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team led by Miguel Angel Gallego, so that families who feel as lost as I did can rest assured that their loved ones are in good hands and can continue living without worry—and that is priceless. My mother passed away today, but I have peace of mind knowing that she never felt abandoned by me, thanks to an exceptional team of professionals. With every visit, she repeatedly praised the excellent care she received. I wholeheartedly recommend Residencia Señiors Marbella. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

    I want to give my opinion of this place, first of all, regarding the treatment of patients regarding doctors and nurses, they are not qualified, you have to be attentive, they do not even realize the severity of the patient, they only want patients who can fend for themselves. How can they go two weeks without an elevator and all the patients who are on the second floor cannot go down and are confined to bed and given cold food in their rooms and on top of that they have the shamelessness and charge them by the month. If a patient gets sick and they call 061, the most logical thing is to let the relatives know how the patient is before calling 061 because you will find out nothing when they are taken to the hospital. And my anger is if a patient has been drowning since Tuesday and is soaked in liquid, they do not even realize and they tell you that everything is fine, that their trachea has closed and it was a scare. He dies and no one calls to ask how he is that day and a week later the director sends you an email offering his condolences. They have no heart for these innocent people; they are only interested in money.
