It's a shame we didn't decide to bring my uncle to this residence sooner. We were torn between continuing to keep him at home with a live-in caregiver or entrusting him to a specialized center, and now we know for sure that he received the care he needed here. The residence offers all the services a dependent person might require, with qualified professionals and a staff that is simply outstanding. My uncle was always clean, well-dressed, and cared for with constant dedication. The residents are never alone and receive continuous, attentive care. To give anyone reading this review an idea of the staff's level of vigilance and commitment: on the morning of his death, during a routine round at four o'clock, a staff member noticed that my uncle was sweating profusely and wasn't feeling well. He hadn't complained or asked for help, but the supervision is constant, and the staff is on call 24 hours a day. That detail perfectly encapsulates the professionalism and dedication of those who work here. It's true that at first we didn't agree with the care home's rules (visiting hours). However, we have to understand that they create a routine for the residents to keep them active, and it's the only way they can manage. As a family, we can only express our gratitude and peace of mind knowing that he was in the best hands.

My father, an elderly person with a difficult personality (I admit it), has been there for about a year. As a family, we haven't found all the services, particularly social services, that were described. Furthermore, we found the regulations too strict (visiting hours, no access to the rooms, the family contact person not easily accessible...): it seems more like a hospital than a place to live, in our opinion. We have moved to another residence.

Excellent facilities, highly qualified staff, and a very warm and caring approach. It's in a great location; residents can easily go for walks and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. 100% recommended for families who need extra care and attention.

My grandmother is there and I've honestly never seen her looking so well, super clean, well-dressed, you can tell the atmosphere is peaceful. The only downside is that they don't allow photos or videos and I'd love to be able to take a picture of her with her great-granddaughter, to have it as a keepsake ^.^ My cousins and I are very happy that she's in that residence.
