Opiniones

Thanks for the great care for my sister Theodora van der Steen.

I want to leave a fair review. Downstairs, where the non-bedridden residents are, the treatment was excellent. I commend the staff for all the care and space they gave my mother. She made great friends with both the professional staff and other residents. And for that, I am grateful. HOWEVER, when my mother's condition worsened and she was moved upstairs to the more seriously ill residents, there was a staff shortage and an excessive draft because they leave the windows wide open. When I pointed this out, they told me they would close them after ventilating the room. WELL, I want to make it clear that this was NOT the case. No matter what time you went, they were open. In the MIDDLE OF WINTER, THE ROOM WAS FREEZING. DAY OR NIGHT, and that was during visiting hours. IT WAS MY MOTHER'S TURN, AND IT WAS FREEZING. After several family members complained repeatedly, they finally installed a radiator for her, because my brother said he wouldn't go until the Director saw him. Thank you, Santi, for defending Mama's rights—a bedridden woman who can't defend herself. PLEASE, IF YOU HAVE RELATIVES UPSTAIRS, YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THE MEDIOCRE AND UNDERSTAFFED STAFFING ON THE ENTIRE FLOOR. VISIT YOUR RELATIVES. I'M SO SORRY FOR WHAT THEY PUT YOU THROUGH, MOTHER. MOM, I LOVE YOU. NOW YOU CAN REST IN PEACE, AND SO CAN I. YOUR DAUGHTER WHO WILL NEVER FORGET YOU.

I wanted to congratulate this care home for being a pioneer in providing palliative care nursing. And in my particular case, I am incredibly grateful for the care and support provided by the entire team at the care home—cleaners, caregivers, the psychology team, social workers, the director... I hope I haven't forgotten anyone. But especially to nurse Fátima Cobos for her incredibly humane and professional treatment of my mother, for keeping us informed, and for ensuring my mother is as comfortable as possible. It's a care home I would recommend to everyone. The facilities are also excellent.

I am delighted with the residence and its facilities. I especially want to highlight the excellent work of the staff, who inspire confidence, warmth, and great affection. Furthermore, the diverse activities they organize for the residents and the compassionate care they provide make this place an absolutely perfect choice.

A terrible experience with my poor mother. She had a stroke, and they only found out because a colleague's relative alerted them. Even so, they didn't transfer her to the hospital, and what's worse, THEY DIDN'T NOTIFY ME. They called me at noon the next day. When they finally notified me on Sunday, I took her to the hospital, but it was too late, and nothing could be done. THEY LET HER DIE. I'm still waiting for an explanation from the doctor. She refused to face me. Furthermore, I had been warning them that the pressure-relieving mattress was deflated, and they wouldn't replace it. They completely ignored me. My mother died with bedsores. A DISGRACE. Also, to visit her, you always have to go through admissions, and then they call the ward to prepare her. When dab
