La Residencia Río Holanda destaca por contar con un personal atento, profesional y cariñoso que brinda un excelente cuidado a los residentes, creando un ambiente familiar y acogedor que se asemeja mucho al hogar. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación importante respecto a las decisiones de gestión administrativa que parecen estar más orientadas hacia aspectos económicos que hacia el bienestar integral de los residentes y sus familias.

It's been quite a few years since my father was hospitalized here, and I remember him being treated well by the staff who cared for him at the time. When I walk with my dog along this street and see that this nursing home is still operating, I can't help but recall the memory of my beloved father and the circumstances that led me to place him in the hands of this team of people who worked there, so that they could care for him with love, respect, and the proper attention.
