We're about to file a complaint. Last week we had to take my mother out of the nursing home. Medical report: dehydrated, anemic, and with an infected ulcer in the sacral area. Total lack of hygiene. If you want to play Russian roulette with your elderly relatives, this is a good place.

I really dislike this care home. They don't offer psychomotor activities for the elderly, who get bored despite what you pay. I don't recommend it; on top of that, you have to give advance notice so they can prepare the elderly person.

My grandmother passed away. The initial report from the hospital stated that she arrived alone in the ambulance, and that when they called the nursing home, no one answered the phone, even though my aunt was right there at the entrance! After her death, we called the nursing home to ask about her stroller, which belonged to my grandfather and has now disappeared. They gave us another one to avoid any arguments, but ours is still missing. Aside from the psychologist who treated her very well… everything else was a disaster! She arrived at the hospital dehydrated, which isn't usually a big deal in a nursing home…

What stands out most about this residence is the wonderful character of all the staff. For me and my whole family, finding them was truly a blessing. Thank you so much for the way you treated my mother; you are all so kind and wonderful ❤️
