I've been wanting to write this review since 2019 when I was a resident here for my hip replacement, and I was very happy there. The cleanliness and food were excellent, and the whole staff was very kind; I felt very cared for. Now my mother is a resident thanks to the help of Alfonso, whom I love dearly, and the social worker Elena. My mother is very happy, especially with the meals. She complained about getting cystitis there, but I didn't remember that she already had it before, and they tested her, which came back negative. The place is very clean. Sending a big hug to the whole team at this residence.

It's a shame, they just want to keep the money and they're keeping him there, desperate to get out, they don't take him out or anything, he's stuck there all day

This nursing home is utterly deplorable. There are many reasons why I'm writing this review, but I'll just say they have very little SHAME, very little ALTRUISM, and NO COURTESY. There, the elderly are NUMBERS, NOT PEOPLE. I find it appalling that with the vast sums of money they pay, they don't provide an adequate number of caregivers for the number of residents, proper personal hygiene, the care they deserve, and proper communication between the nursing home and families (they're quick to ask for toothpaste when it runs out, but when it comes to informing about a family member's health... they don't call until they're on the brink!). In short, YOU'RE WORTH WHAT YOU OWN. I ONLY HOPE THAT THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF RIPPING OFF THE ELDERLY AND THEIR RELATIVES SPENDS THE MONEY ON GOOD WINE TO MY GRANDFATHER'S HEALTH, MAY HE LIVE MANY MORE YEARS, BECAUSE YOU CERTAINLY WON'T SEE HIM ANYMORE IN THAT DEN OF TIME.

They're only interested in keeping the money of the people there, a huge amount of it, and then it's a robbery. They don't let them leave, not even with their families, and they do it all through deception. They can't even access their own belongings.
