I thank the company for listening to the families and changing the director. Since Sebas arrived, the atmosphere has improved dramatically. He is very friendly, always checking in on the residents, and it's clear he genuinely cares. My family member's recovery has been very good thanks to the dedication and attention he provides and that of the entire team. We are very happy with the change and the care he has received.

ADVANTAGES: An unbeatable location and a great team, dedicated heart and soul to providing quality care to residents and their families. Due to personal and professional circumstances, we've had to try two other companies from the same company, and we definitely choose this one. The best in terms of care and resource management. The people in charge are always accessible and willing to listen and provide solutions. DRAWBACKS: A French group, now Bouco (formerly Orpea). The name change is simply a marketing strategy. They should invest in slightly improving their facilities and perhaps hiring more staff, given the growing number of dependents in recent years.
