A trustworthy residence, with excellent treatment from all the staff, especially María, the social worker. They are dedicated and prioritize the well-being of the residents. They maintain a warm, respectful, and caring relationship with everyone. They provide a great sense of peace of mind.

Residencia de confianza, hacen actividades, manualidades, ejercicios, deporte, el menú del comedor es super completo y rico. Tienen zona verde. Los trabajadores son muy cariñosos y profesionales. Recomendable 100% y la tranquilidad que se te queda de que va a estar cuidada y a gusto en este lugar. Por poner un pero, en verano hace calor en las habitaciones, pero en las zonas comunes si que tienen aire acondicionado. Les doy las gracias a todos por tratar tan bien a mi abuela.

This is shameful. Since the management changed, there's been a staff shortage, and this affects our relatives because they aren't being properly cared for. And the facilities are very old, the sofas are broken, and the wheelchairs are in terrible condition... There are too many elderly people for so few staff... It makes me very sad.

To say that the residence itself is highly recommended, at least while I was there, since I left Rincón and went back to my hometown with my partner, my husband, who was there for almost 10 years, is an understatement.

Due to life's circumstances, we have been forced to place our 97-year-old mother in a care home. What was initially a source of distress is now a joy, seeing my mother content and happy. I can speak from experience because I have witnessed it firsthand. "Los Milagros" Care Home in Rincón de la Victoria (Málaga) is a true family home for the elderly. They are well cared for and attended to in every way, and above all, there is a palpable sense of affection and joy. The staff is caring, professional, and compassionate. I must give special mention to Sonia, the director, who is always available and willing to help resolve any issue. Her approach is warm, friendly, and like family. Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend it!
