There is no personalized attention. There are few staff members, and they don't accept requests from residents or their families. Not all of them are caring, and they are impatient with the residents, labeling them "annoying" and "crazy" and completely ignoring them. And when it's no longer convenient for someone to be there, they "kick them out," blaming both the family and the resident under the pretext of maladjustment on both sides. Our experience has been terrible, and so has the resident's. They haven't known how to treat a person with a mental health issue, despite boasting about their "professionalism." I hope this helps them resolve these problems, and the facilities they offer don't match what's advertised on their website. Furthermore, they sometimes fail to administer prescribed medications; for example, one day they didn't give heparin, which poses a risk. Without it, cardiovascular events can occur in trauma patients. And when you ask for a painkiller, they give it to you quite a while later, probably due to insufficient staff, as I mentioned before. It's a shame and an injustice, and the care and treatment don't match the price. We asked for what was fair, but they didn't seem to understand.

I have an aunt at the Las Violetas 2 nursing home. A few days ago, we had an emergency, and she had to be admitted to the hospital. I must say that both the nurses and doctors there told me they were surprised at how well cared for my aunt was, considering she came from a nursing home. Personally, it's very reassuring to know she's in good hands and being treated well, but at the same time, I was quite moved by the comment, as it means that not all our elderly residents are so fortunate. Thank you to the Las Violetas nursing home for setting such a good example.

I am a relative of a resident who recently passed away. From the bottom of my heart, I want to pay tribute to all the workers for the work they do, so great and with a human magnitude of affection and sensitivity with the elderly, in this case with my aunt. Lots of protocol but little cleanliness... RECOMMENDATION (0). Cleanliness (0) Support (0). Facilities (0) ⏭️ Family members are shown the facilities via an elevator; there's a nice view, but they don't tell you there are stairs... Well, this residence is TERRIBLE, that's why I'm giving it (0 STARS). A shameful residence, and I would be ashamed to put my own grandmother in it. They fire the staff without saying a word, lots of work and little pay, they just want money...

The staff's attention was amazing. I visited my godmother/grandmother, and she looked fantastic. She's so happy and in great spirits; you can see she feels right at home. It makes me so happy to know she's with family. I congratulate you all because you do an excellent job. You're very professional, dedicated, and most importantly, you show so much respect and love to the residents. The residence is fantastic! 😍
