This is outrageous! I've lived in this area for over 33 years. In short, the condition and care at this nursing home are shameful. - Poor ventilation - Unprofessional staff - Filthy - Lack of care and attention... I believe it's the complete opposite of what a nursing home should be. DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE!

My father lives in this care home, and I find it outrageous that, despite paying over €2,000 a month, they tell us we have to bring mosquito repellent for him if we want them to apply it. Next thing you know, we'll have to bring his food if we want him to eat. I will be filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency.

Very kind staff, therapists, nurses... and especially Alejandro! Who greets us with his smile every afternoon. The hardest part is having to leave your elderly relative, even with the internal struggle of whether you're doing the right thing... But, this country is becoming very long-lived. The vast majority of us will pass away. I don't know... It's very hard.

They don't allow family members inside the residence, even though it's been three years since the COVID-19 pandemic. Everything is very opaque. We can't see what they eat or their rooms; we only see my father in the courtyard, even though we already pay more than 2,000 euros a month. The way a nurse named Mercedes treats family members leaves much to be desired. Seven months after this review, we still can't access the facilities, the room, or eat with my father. You have to book an appointment to see the residents; otherwise, you have to wait 30 minutes. A word to the wise is sufficient. They replied to this review six months ago, and as you can see, everything remains the same. I will update this later if things change.

I want to thank all the staff at the care home for the care they gave my father over the past year and a half. I always felt their warmth and professionalism. Thank you.
