Hello, I hope my comment helps you overcome some of your fear. I am the son of a resident who has spent the past two and a half years in this nursing home. It was very difficult for me to take the step of having to accompany my father to his new home. For me, it felt like betraying him, after so many years of work and sacrifice, ensuring that no one in the family would lack anything. But after spending a whole month living 24 hours a day, following a hospital discharge, I realized it was unfair to him; because of Alzheimer's, he needed care, professional attention, and a safe environment. Little by little, my fear subsided when I visited him, saw his smile, saw the activities, the attention, and the care. More than professionals, they became his family, and that's why they're my family too, from Pilar the director, Chari the psychologist, Lola in nursing who helped so much with scheduling doctor visits and more, Mari Carmen, Margari, Miguel, and the other staff he left behind, don't get angry. Thank you all, there are things that can't be repaid with all the gold in the world. I don't know how to express my gratitude for how you have cared for, loved, and made my father HAPPY these last few years of his life. If my experience is of use to anyone, I speak from the heart. Don't be afraid to take the step; it's complicated, and I know it. Hello again! I'm Rodolfo, Miki's brother-in-law from the Villaminas Residence. A few days ago, we visited our sister-in-law, as we've been doing for years, and she greeted us with such joy. When we asked her how she was feeling, words were unnecessary; she was simply wonderful! It's a great satisfaction for the family to be able to entrust our sister-in-law to such professional, kind, and wonderful people. Yes, indeed! Of course, I'm talking about the Director, Pilar, the psychologist, Chari, the nurse, Lola, David, Celia, the cooks, and so on. Oh, and the cleanliness everywhere they go is impeccable. The treatment of our seniors was exceptional, with a lot of love, attention, and cleanliness. The staff was excellent, especially the management and nursing staff.
