LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND RESPECT. I called in the morning to see if they had any openings. Carmen answered, and coincidentally, a spot had become available the previous afternoon. We arranged for them to reserve it for us and for us to visit the place after lunch. The residence is right across the street from our house, so it's perfect for us. So far, so good. We arrived, as planned, at 5:00 PM with my brothers. One was working, the other was coming from Estepona, and I had permission because of my father and my sister (four people). They greeted us very kindly; they were expecting us. They explained everything very well and asked for our father's information (he's still in the hospital next door, Carlos de Haya). They asked his height, and we replied that he was 1.80 meters tall. The woman (the physiotherapist, I think) was surprised and said, "That's tall." We didn't think much of it. She continued explaining everything and prepared to show us the facilities. So far, so normal. Meanwhile, Carmen appeared behind the group, and suddenly the girl who had been explaining everything (the dark-haired physiotherapist) announced that the spot was already taken and that we would be on the waiting list. What do you think of that?! After giving us that whole speech before we were admitted, after we had traveled all the way there, after being certain that we had the spot for ourselves right across the street from our homes, after getting our hopes up... SUDDENLY THEY CHANGE THEIR STORY AND TELL US THAT THE SPOT WAS ALREADY RESERVED. We were stunned, speechless, unable to react. How could this happen?! We thought these things didn't happen anymore. WHAT A LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, RESPECT, AND SHAMELESSNESS! We are polite people, and between the shock we experienced and our good manners, we ended the conversation. The girl apologized, asked for forgiveness, but we will neither forget nor forgive. They behaved disrespectfully and completely unprofessionally. I should also mention that the place is tiny, everything is very small, crowded, in a kind of basement you had to go down to, and it smelled musty... in short, the place wasn't very suitable, but it would have been perfect for us at the time. A word of warning to all: these young women who served us were incredibly unprofessional, especially Carmen, who I think was responsible for this whole mess.

My grandmother was there for three years until she passed away, and we were absolutely delighted with the care and treatment from the very first day. I'm very happy with the care I received. I have no complaints; they're like family to me. Carmen, the therapist, is very attentive to the residents' well-being all day long and does everything possible to make each resident feel at home. Elisabeth, the nurse, is very concerned about the residents' health and is a very good professional. The caregivers are very kind, helpful, and caring.

I want to express my gratitude for the affection, kindness, and excellent treatment the staff provides to the residents. I also want to thank them for the trust they inspire at every moment. This is a fantastic and welcoming residence for a loved one. You won't find the same level of care and attention in any other residence as you'll find here among both the staff and the owners. They are all wonderful. I highly recommend this residence to everyone. It has a great location, is very welcoming, and everyone is like family. It's located opposite the Chip Hospital and next to the Carlos de Haya Hospital (Malaga).
