Ballesol Teatinos destaca positivamente por su atención personalizada, personal amable y dedicado (especialmente el equipo terapéutico), instalaciones bien mantenidas y precios competitivos, lo que genera alta satisfacción en usuarios y familias. Sin embargo, existe una debilidad significativa en la calidad y variedad de la alimentación, con quejas sobre comidas poco nutritivas y falta de adaptación a necesidades dietéticas especiales, además de una aparente falta de escucha hacia las sugerencias de los residentes en este aspecto.

It was my honor to spoke to the director of Balle Sol Málaga , i sent an inquiry via email and they immediately reach outon me and with specific details about the retirement home and prices and the prices. The director were so amazing and they offer short stay of 15 days and long term plan S well. Prices per night for short stay are cheaper than the other elderly jome. They speak english and they have immediate attention either email or phone call . Highly recommended !

The food is very poor. Breakfast consists of cheap, untoasted sliced bread. It wouldn't cost that much to serve regular or whole-wheat bread and toast it. At lunchtime, there's no variety or nutritional value either. The residents complain, but no one listens to them. And certainly no one asks for their opinion. They don't make special arrangements, nor do they provide a soft diet if someone has diarrhea or has had a tooth extracted. The rooms are fine, and the staff is friendly.

Since my aunt Isabel moved into this residence, we've been delighted. The facilities are always in perfect condition, the staff is very attentive, and every time we visit, we're so happy to see her doing so well. My family is thrilled and we highly recommend it. But if we had to highlight one thing, it would be the care provided by "Yari," a therapist who always manages to bring a smile to everyone's face 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. Thank you to the whole team 😘😘

Hello, I wanted to say that Yarina is a wonderful therapist, very professional, and a real joy to all the elderly residents. She's the best person I've ever met, with such affection for all the seniors and such empathy for everyone. I also wanted to mention Sofía and Sonia, who are all fantastic professionals. Thanks to them, I can leave with peace of mind, knowing my family member is in such good hands. I wish all the staff were like them.
