La Residencia de ancianos Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes destaca por la dedicación y el amor con el que el personal y las hermanas mercedarias atienden a los residentes, aspectos ampliamente elogiados por las familias que han confiado a sus mayores en sus cuidados. Sin embargo, existe una crítica importante sobre la proporción insuficiente de personal en relación con el número de residentes, lo que afecta la calidad de atención y entretenimiento ofrecido.

This residence is very important and special to me because my mother was there for only a short time, just 10 days, but they treated her very well and gave her a lot of love. The staff were all very caring with the elderly residents, and the nuns were incredibly kind. I am very grateful to everyone for giving my mother, Rosario, so much love in the last days of her life.
