My parents have now been here for 2 weeks. Everyone is great and they have adapted well. Happy now which is good. All the staff is great and super helpful. Well taken care of . Good food and everything is super clean. This place is highly recommended.

Fantastic residenca, the whole team really helped my uncle and made sure his stay was the best possible. A special thanks to Victoria and Alicia who really went above and beyond to treat him like family!

From the moment I contacted the centre about a place for my mum I received excellent attention , particularly from Victoria , a very special lady who not only cares deeply about everyone in the centre but responds when you contact her and goes above and beyond in all that she is asked to do. Azalea staff are very professional and caring and kind. The environment is clean , light and stimulating for the residents.

Finding a place to care for our elderly loved ones can be difficult; we always look for the best and want them to be well looked after. Today I wanted to tell you about Domusvi Azalea, located in the Azalea Beach Urbanization in Marbella. It's a residence with facilities designed to ensure residents are well cared for. The garden is spectacular, ideal for spending a pleasant time with them during visits; it's spacious and well-maintained. The reception area is always staffed during visiting hours, is bright and airy, and the building has several floors. There are single and double rooms, with daily cleaning and a good layout. There are dining rooms, common areas, and a varied and regularly changing activity program. The best thing about this place is the staff, from the social workers, Sandra and Victoria, who are always ready to help, to the reception staff, especially Alejandro, who is a delight, and the rest of the staff: nursing, medical service, assistants, laundry... Andrés, Laura, MariGracia, Marcela... and many more who make everything easier and ensure you feel that your loved one is well cared for and looked after. For me, this residence has been a fantastic choice.

I have a relative in the care home who has been there for several years. The services are declining; there isn't enough staff, to the point that some workers have literally cried in front of me. They don't feel supported or listened to by the facility. The situation is especially chaotic on weekends, and some workers can't even take their allotted breaks. The residents feel completely neglected in any way they need, including going to the bathroom, even though most are dependent due to lack of mobility. We have spoken several times with the relevant people, such as the director (although it's a difficult task due to his frequent absences), as he is responsible for the correct staffing levels, and the situation is not improving. The prices for extra services (podiatry, hairdressing) are exorbitant, considering it's not a private care home, and to make matters worse, these services are often performed by unqualified people (confirmed by a worker who does several jobs there). Besides all this, due to the lack of staff, there is no entertainment whatsoever on weekends. That's a shame.
