About ten days ago, we had an interview with the social worker, Rosa, regarding the admission of my father-in-law, an 85-year-old man who is completely dependent and whom we cannot care for at home. We explained his medical history, they showed us the facilities, and told us the price. Everything was agreed upon by both parties. They sent us the information by email with the necessary documentation and the required clothing to take to the center (of which we had to buy a lot, as they required a large quantity, and it had to be labeled). We spoke with them a few days ago; everything was perfect. Today, Monday, November 24th, the family went. We took all his things: clothes, supplies, medication, diapers, etc. A private ambulance, also paid for, was brought to transport him safely. They took him to the room, and we spoke with the nurse about my father-in-law, his physical condition, his medication, and the guidelines to follow. The nurse left, and my partner and sister-in-law went downstairs to sign the contract. While they were signing, one or more calls made the social worker leave, and she returned with the medication and documentation and told them... My father-in-law can't stay because they don't have the resources to care for his condition, in this case, his tracheostomy. Knowing this, both in the initial interview and in phone calls and the medical reports sent on Thursday the 20th, which detail absolutely everything, they told us this. They made us move a man from a bed he was already settled in and forced us to call an ambulance again because he can't move due to his current physical condition. The social worker's response was that we didn't indicate the patient couldn't write and that she had to change the contract. After what we've personally experienced, it's shameful what our family, and especially my father-in-law, have gone through. I feel like they've made a fool of us. They've made us spend a huge amount of money, as we are humble, hardworking people. We've wasted a lot of time searching for documentation, and they've emotionally devastated us. My recommendation, if you're looking for a residence for your elderly relatives, and this is the one, make sure everything is very well documented, because you could find yourself in the same situation. The treatment is outrageous.

My father is delighted. The facilities are well-maintained and offer a welcoming and very comfortable environment. I've also been impressed by the number and variety of activities they offer. I highly recommend this residence to anyone looking for a place where their loved ones will receive exceptional care.

Excellent treatment of seniors. Our experience is that this nursing home is undoubtedly one of the best in all of Andalusia. Rocio Montes is an exceptional worker with 10-point care, but both she and all the staff are highly qualified and eager to care for people.
