I would like to share my appreciation to all the staff, both administration and caregivers for the compassion, attention to detail and kindness they showed to my wife and our family during my wife’s end of life care. I was very nervous about using a hospice facility but I need not have had any concerns, they were excellent from the moment I walked in without an appointment wanting to inspect the facilities before choosing to use it until the last moments of my beautiful wife’s life and beyond that until the funeral directors took over. My mother has been at Sanysol for more than two months. My wife and I work in a care environment in England and we have been very impressed by the high standards of care by all the staff, in all areas. She says the staff are very kind and funny and we all feel that she is very safe and well taken care of. I have the highest confidence in my mother staying there for as long as she likes while she recovers from an injury and I can go back to England knowing she is in good hands.

My 87-year-old mother stayed here for several weeks to recuperate after breaking her hip. I cannot fault the place and its excellent staff in any way. The positive manner and efficiency of the staff was first-rate all the time – they all went the extra mile. There is regular doctor visits, nurses 24 hours a day, a great physio team, super friendly English-speaking people on reception, and other staff always on hand. Many of the staff spoke English in fact. Great people and a center I thoroughly recommend. Thank you Sanysol!

A friend of mine fell and needed residential care to recuperate. Unfortunately, he was placed in this establishment. He was treated like a piece of furniture, with no one explaining what they were doing to him. He contracted an infection while under their care and was abandoned by the establishment at the hospital. This place should be avoided at all costs.

This place looks great but just if you have specific client /elderly J was paying for 1mont for my husband /he have cancer and in 1!!!!day they say we can not have him here we can not handle this But the money j have payd /my husband was troing out but the 2weeks j had left off the money j pay j not have back. This behavior off a privat clinic. It's a shame what they was doing
