It's shameful how they treat their employees. They make them work and then refuse to pay them, assigning tasks that aren't part of their job descriptions. What is someone unqualified doing moving or changing elderly residents? It's all to save money. The manager is a dictator; they promise one thing and then do whatever they want with the contract. Look carefully at where the money you're paying to have your loved ones there is going.

I liked the staff, but in less than two months, most of them have quit or been fired in record time. It doesn't seem normal at all, to be honest. I think there are even some complaints filed by employees and possibly some family members as well. I wish the workers and residents luck. And I hope those responsible don't get away scot-free. I wouldn't take my family members there, nor would I recommend it.

Because you can't give less than 10, it's a residence where no elderly person should ever be, the owner is a dictator and ma... things that can be proven... there are workers doing jobs that they shouldn't... for example doctors who don't practice as doctors, they practice as doctors and many more things, assistants the same, they are assistants doing tasks that don't belong to them... never take a loved one there...

It's sad to have to talk about these establishments, but when there's no other option, you have to turn to them. My experience at this residence is positive, and I believe the facilities and staff meet expectations. It's not easy to find parking, and it's perfectly adapted for residents with mobility issues. It has an agreement with the Andalusian Regional Government.

As a center, it's incredibly well-equipped and easily accessible. But what truly stands out is the human touch. My father's personal experience there was spectacular. The warmth, the personalized attention, the dedication, the care, and the respect with which they do everything are outstanding. Truly exceptional professionals.
