El Centro residencial Fonserrana cuenta con una valoración generalmente muy positiva de sus usuarios, destacando la profesionalidad, atención y cuidado del personal, la calidad de las comidas y las actividades recreativas que mejoran significativamente el bienestar de los residentes. Sin embargo, existe una reseña muy negativa que cuestiona las políticas de visitas de la residencia y plantea graves acusaciones sobre gestión de casos familiares, lo que contrasta fuertemente con el resto de opiniones mayoritariamente favorables.

My experience at this residence has been excellent. From day one, the staff has proven to be very professional, attentive, and caring towards the residents. My mother has been there for a few months now, and we couldn't be more grateful or at ease. We've noticed a significant improvement in her since she's been there; she's much happier and, above all, very well cared for. She always comments on how well she's treated, how delicious the meals are, and how much she enjoys participating in the activities.

Good afternoon, everyone, please know this is a terrible nursing home. They refuse to let me see my mother. They took her away on May 24th due to alleged abuse, a lie (the caregiver who was at my parents' house told me everything, and they went together). They have no proof that she was abused. I do have proof that my father was hurt by my mother. Unfortunately, she doesn't know what she's doing because she has Alzheimer's. Everything was organized by my brothers because if she was abused, they wouldn't take the gold and money my parents had saved. They left my father abandoned with nothing. They took everything, even the properties in his name. I called to see if my mother was there, and they told me she was, but I couldn't see her. I had to go to my sisters' houses when they deny letting me see her. A nursing home can never deny me the right to see family members without any justification. The first time I called, the director told me she couldn't deny me seeing my mother, but she wasn't there yet. The second time I call, she's there and refuses to see me. It's a disgrace that everyone finds out about how shameless and indecent she is.

The care home is excellent, the service is superb, and the staff is incredible. I'm so happy my grandmother is in such good hands! 100% recommended.

I've been with my parents, Remedios and Manuel, for a few days now. The lunch was very good, varied, and plentiful. Some nights they don't have to prepare dinner. I'm delighted with the treatment and service. The whole family has a little more time. Thank you. Good afternoon.

It's always difficult to move into a family residence, but they make everything so much easier. 100% recommended, and my aunt is delighted. I'll always be grateful; it's not just a residence, it's a HOME!
