A Red Crescent certificate is more than just receiving a piece of paper; it's making a commitment to life. This recognition validates that a person possesses the necessary knowledge to act in critical moments and save lives. What does this certificate represent? • Solidarity: It reflects the desire to help others without expecting anything in return. • Preparedness: It certifies skills in First Aid, rescue, and humanitarian care. • Hope: The person who carries this certificate becomes a beacon of hope during emergencies.

As a resident of the Sagrada Familia Geriatric Center, I read a negative review posted by a young woman and I completely disagree with it. I live here with my sister, and before moving in, I asked a friend who works in the emergency room and knew the center for information. He said that what caught his attention was the cleanliness. If this young woman files a complaint with the health authorities, I offer my opinion regarding our experience living here.

The professionalism, dedication, and care that all the staff, including management, show to the residents, as well as the facilities and cleanliness, make this center the ideal place for any family member to visit. It provides families with peace of mind in every way, which is invaluable and something I deeply appreciate. Thank you so much for the daily care you provide to our mother.

The cleaning staff, when they take out the trash to throw it in the container, leave the whole street dirty and a mess. I wouldn't want to see the patients inside watching them leave the trash in the container. Reply: I appreciate the invitation, but the situation is visible to everyone who walks by. The filth and neglect at the garbage collection point are a daily reality, not just an anonymous opinion. The veracity of my comment is evident on the sidewalk every time they put out the trash. Before questioning those who complain, they should be concerned about the image—and hygiene—they project to the neighborhood. Next time, I will attach photos and videos of them, in uniform, leaving the trash in the container, leaving much to be desired, with PROOF.
