I scheduled an initial appointment with the social worker, and after waiting half an hour past the scheduled time, when I asked the receptionist, she told me that some problems had come up and she wouldn't be able to see me, but that the head nurse would be coming down to conduct the visit. Another fifteen minutes passed, and she still hadn't come down, so we decided to leave. The social worker could at least have deigned to come out and tell us something herself. If someone encounters this on their first day there, you can imagine how the rest of the place operates...

Since my mother arrived at the residence, our family has felt immense peace and relief. She lived alone in her own home and relied on our care whenever our jobs allowed. Her adjustment was remarkable, largely thanks to the support staff who welcomed, supported, and helped her, as well as the therapists, doctor, and nurses. The care she received was incredibly compassionate. I greatly appreciate how everyone, from management to reception, is always willing to answer questions. I wholeheartedly recommend this residence to any family seeking not just a place for care, but a true home for their loved ones. Thank you to the entire team.

Poor organization, understaffing, questionable hygiene, and a lack of safety in the yard. Leaky pipes, uncovered holes, rolled-up pieces of turf, pallets and plastic on the ground, a bench lying next to sacks of construction materials—all in the middle of the yard with no safety measures in place to prevent accidents…

I want to thank the Vitalia Carabanchel physiotherapy team for their excellent work in my mother's recovery from her broken hip. She has regained the mobility she had before the fall, and I shared this with her orthopedic surgeon at Clínico.
