La Urbanización de Mayores recibe evaluaciones muy positivas en general, con la mayoría de usuarios destacando el buen trato del personal, la limpieza y el ambiente agradable de las instalaciones, así como la calidad de la comida casera y el cuidado dedicado de los residentes. Sin embargo, hay preocupaciones importantes sobre la calidad de los cuidados en las áreas de dependencia, particularmente en el mantenimiento de la higiene y la frecuencia de atención, además de señalarse la necesidad de mejorar algunas instalaciones y ampliar las actividades disponibles para los usuarios.

The way they manage the dependent residents on the second floor is a disaster. Their diapers aren't changed frequently enough. They aren't given fluids frequently enough. Their teeth aren't brushed. The care is extremely poor. I don't know if it's due to a lack of staff or apathy. The experience is terrible.

It could be better. We all know that care homes always have some shortcomings, in this case, the food and the somewhat neglected and outdated facilities. The most important positive thing for those of us who are family members is that they are looking after our loved one and that they don't lack assistance. We have no complaints about this.

My mother lives there, and I have to say she's very well cared for. The center is very cheerful, bright, and very clean. It's affiliated with the Community of Madrid. There are some things that could be improved, such as having more activities for the residents, but the staff is very kind and lovely.

A highly recommended center. Excellent theater and focused on the individual well-being of the people they serve. The apartments offer a lot of freedom, spaciousness, and natural light.
