Opiniones

My mother has been here since June and from the first day we are very well. It is far away but I go two or three times a week and I don't change her because I see her very well, everything is very clean and she is happy with her carers as she says.

I had my mother there for two years and she was fine, the assistants were great, especially Enar, Macarena, and Isabel. They are professionals and love their jobs. They treat the grandparents very well. Then I took my mother out to take care of her myself. But soon after I had to have surgery and I took her back. This time I had to see a new assistant who worked very poorly (in the end she was fired) and I took her out of there. Oh my goodness, I took her to one in Moral Fuente Salud, horrible, they had them alone, poor care, etc. And then to one in Galapagar, Santa Gema, where they told me she was fine, but it was the worst of the worst, there, apart from the terrible care, they dared to tear a chain with a medal that she held very dear from around her neck. The place is terrible. We're on trial for the robbery with cruelty. And my mother told me, "Daughter, please take me to Solsalud. Since I'm nowhere else there, I have my friends, we play, we chat, and I'm fine." So I spoke to the director, Mrs. Julia, who's very nice and friendly. She told me, "Don't worry, we'll leave next week and your mother will come in." Thank goodness. And she's very happy there, and so are we. They have a "spectacular" doctor, Nadia. She'll call you if something's wrong, or if she has an infection or anything, and she'll give you daily updates on her progress. I love it. The food is very good. That whole thing about the director being mean is a lie. She's super friendly, and I laugh a lot with her. Everything is super clean. The entrance has stairs, but you enter through a small garden with benches and chairs. That's where wheelchairs, walkers, etc. go. I'm delighted and deeply regret having to take her out that time. My mother is happy, and so am I. So everything is great.

I left a relative in this nursing home 20 days ago. At first, everything seemed wonderful. Today we moved him out because we found him in very poor condition. Overmedicated and with a head injury. We had to take him to the emergency room ourselves, since the nursing home didn't even contact us. They didn't realize he wasn't responding to any stimuli... Terrible place. Terrible care.

It's been a year since we admitted my 86-year-old father to this nursing home, and the family couldn't be happier with this decision. Considering that the first few months were complicated due to the life change, we can now say that he's extremely well cared for. The staff is extremely attentive and professional, and the entire atmosphere is very pleasant and homey. The food is excellent, the medical care, the activities, and the cleanliness are perfect. We highly recommend it.
