La Residencia Mirasierra destaca por su personal atento y dedicado, con actividades bien organizadas y participativas que generan una excelente experiencia para los residentes y visitantes del centro de día. Sin embargo, ha habido problemas significativos en la comunicación y transparencia respecto a la información sobre residentes, particularmente en casos de tutela, lo que ha causado preocupación a las familias sobre el bienestar de sus seres queridos.

Since writing the review below and responding to the email given, I have been contacted many times by the Assistant Director of Albertia Mirasierra. She has been very helpful, gracious and given me all the information I have requested on my aunt who resides there. I am very, very appreciative and would like to change my response from a negative one to a positive one. Thank you to the wonderful Assistant Director for her very prompt responses to my emails and for all of her help. I cannot express my gratitude enough. I have been trying to get information about my aunt who has Alzheimer's disease and is staying in the residence. They will not give me any information at all, only that she has been appointed a guardian and this person has been elected without any of my family's consent. I want very much to know the well-being of my aunt as her immediate family. The appointed guardian has been given my number but has not contacted me. How is it that her own family cannot obtain information on their own relative or the details of who has been made responsible for her and her assets? I live overseas and so cannot travel or visit due to Covid. I have no choice but to employ a lawyer to see how my aunt is and make sure her assets are not stolen from her and our family. I fear she my pass away before I can know how she is or see her or let her know she is loved and being thought of. This is cruel and inhumane.

Yesterday's carnival party was a huge success! We had a fantastic time! It was well organized, there was great participation, and we even had visitors from other schools who also enjoyed themselves immensely. We're looking forward to the next one!

Dinavy Movement, as a family. I really enjoyed it; it was very participatory and a lot of fun. The residents laughed a lot and got some exercise. There was a great turnout, and it was fantastic. Well done, Sara and Viny! You're wonderful.

I've been coming to the day center for a year now, and it's changed my life. I was alone at home and falling apart, but since coming here, the care I've received has been fantastic. They make me feel good, and I love the activities. I have to mention Raquel and María, who have incredible patience. I feel very supported, and if I have a problem, they're always there for me. I've grown very fond of them. I recommend this center to any of my friends who are looking for one. Since I've been here, I'm a completely different person!

We had a fantastic time; it was totally worth it because everything was so much fun and the staff were delightful. Try to go every Thursday; it's really worth it.
