My mother lived in the residence for almost 10 months and came to consider it her home. She was always treated with affection, kept clean, and provided with entertaining activities. The care, especially in the last few months when she became ill, was excellent.

My mother entered the care home because she had a health problem and there was no other option. We couldn't admit her before the problem arose, even though she needed it because she was very weak, but she didn't want to hear anything about care homes. I have to say that she settled in here and adapted wonderfully thanks to all the love and attention she received from the entire team. She was very happy, she was smiling again, and she was more talkative than when you visited her at home when she lived alone. I went to the care home every day to see her, and she told me how happy she was, that they treated her very well, that the doctor was very attentive to her, and the nurse too, and that they weighed her every day because of the fluid retention. She told me about Paula, who would find her to get her involved in activities, and Javi, the physiotherapist, who would find her to help her walk with the walker. The coordinators are wonderful; they always greeted you with a smile. The staff were also very kind to us; they answered any questions we had immediately, and when something went missing, they searched for it as soon as we told them and didn't stop until they found it. They were always very attentive, with a smile and great kindness. In short, my mother was very happy and comfortable there, and all the staff were wonderful. We had no problems whatsoever.

My mother was admitted to a wheelchair due to a broken leg. She was admitted for three months during which she underwent rehabilitation with Javi, an excellent professional. The staff is friendly; they are caring and concerned about the residents despite the workload. Special mention goes to Paula, the therapist, who made my mother's stay much more bearable. Carlos, the coordinator, whose professionalism and good nature always bring a smile to her face, and Angela, who you can always count on. My mother is walking with a cane again, just like she did before her fall.

My experience has been wonderful. From the very first moment, the staff at the residence treated my aunt with great care and professionalism. They always had a smile and a kind word to make her stay pleasant. I couldn't be more grateful for their care and for always being attentive to her needs.
