La Residencia Virgen de la Caridad del Cobre destaca por su ambiente familiar, cuidados de calidad y personal dedicado que transmite profesionalismo y calidez, aspectos que la mayoría de usuarios elogia ampliamente. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación importante respecto a la falta de actividades para los residentes y posibles insuficiencias de personal que requieren atención y mejora.

There's a lack of staff and activities for the residents. It's not all bad; the atmosphere is family-like, and the place is lovely with its patio and garden, but it's true that in practice, they spend half their time in the lounge doing nothing. I think they need to improve that aspect. There also seems to be a shortage of staff; I don't know if they're meeting the legal ratio of one staff member for every ten residents.

This nursing home is a place where caring, professionalism, and love for grandparents prevail on the part of all staff. The owners are excellent doctors, friendly and transparent with residents and their families. The falsehood and misrepresentation of some facts discredit all the work and care that goes into our good work. Nevertheless, we will continue working to provide the best for our seniors.

My sister lived there for a year, and the care was excellent; it was always clean and well looked after. The residence doesn't have that unpleasant or old-fashioned smell you find in other places; quite the opposite. The service was very good, and I switched to a different facility because it's closer to where I live. Highly recommended.

I've visited this residence a couple of times (a friend's grandmother lives there, and I've accompanied her). I find it very welcoming and family-like, the garden is beautiful, the staff treated us wonderfully, and I saw how they treated the other residents, which I found exceptional, especially Dr. Ady, who was incredibly caring. I still have many years to live, but if I were to go to a care home, I'd want it to be like this one. 100% recommended.
