La Residencia San Marcos Acqua recibe evaluaciones extremadamente positivas de la mayoría de sus usuarios, quienes destacan la calidad humana del equipo de profesionales, la excelente atención médica y de cuidados, y el trato afectuoso hacia los residentes, lo que ha generado una experiencia de vida satisfactoria para muchas familias. Sin embargo, existe una crítica aislada que cuestiona la supervisión administrativa y señala problemas de recursos, personal insuficiente y calidad de la alimentación, lo que sugiere posibles deficiencias en la gestión operativa de la residencia.

One of the hardest decisions I've ever made was finding a place where our elderly are cared for with love and attention, and I can say I've found it. I only have words of gratitude, affection, and admiration for the staff at this residence: Isabel, Paula, Tere, Paqui, Miguel, and all the other caregivers and professionals who are part of this wonderful place for me and my family. The time my mother has spent here has been one of the best of her life; the human touch and the care they provide are truly outstanding. The help they've offered me at every moment is invaluable, so I can definitely say they deserve 10 stars. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this month so magical. You will always be in our hearts.

We want to express our gratitude to the wonderful team of professionals who work at this residence. My mother-in-law, Edu, entered the residence two years ago in a very poor state of health. Thanks to the care and attention of these people, she improved remarkably. We want to highlight the affection and respect with which they treat the residents. The outstanding work of the nursing team, Susana, Cati, and Auri, their dedication and care for the residents, and their constant attention and information to the families, and of course, the doctor, are truly remarkable. We also want to thank Miguel, who always has a smile on his face and helps them move around with immense kindness. And to Teresa, Paula, and Isabel, who have always looked after us and helped us in every way. Finally, we thank the caregivers who have such a difficult, exhausting, and often unappreciated job. To the kitchen team, who also do a great job, to the team in charge of occupational therapy and leisure activities (like bingo, which Edu loved), and of course, remembering former employees Paloma and José, who were always there to help us, accepting and valuing our suggestions when we first arrived. We will always be grateful.

Thank you to all the professionals at the nursing home. Debora, Paula, Noemi, Miguel, Susana Teresa, Isabel, Maria Morata left me with many names. I will always be grateful for how you have cared for my mother over these more than three years. In addition to providing exceptional care, you have given her the most important thing: love. You are a family. I believe that spending her final days happy and loved is very important. You are always doing activities. They go out, go to the cinema and theater, etc. I will never forget all the love we have received. You have a big heart and a lot of dedication. It is reflected in the treatment received. I wish there were many nursing homes like yours. I will never forget you. Thank you ❤️ to all the nursing home staff.

I can't understand why the Community of Madrid doesn't oversee this type of business. All I hear from here is a lack of materials, lousy food, a lack of staff, and the poor assistants struggling to care for the elderly. EVERYONE needs to file complaints so the owners or managers of this center and many others stop making a killing at the expense of our parents.
