Opiniones

Thank goodness we didn't take my great-aunt to this nursing home. The doctors there reviewed her medical records and, without any explanation, simply stated they wouldn't treat her and wouldn't accept her, as if it were a bar's right of admission. It was all because she's elderly, eats independently, and needs the care any 90-year-old should require, such as personal hygiene and rehabilitation if necessary. She hasn't been diagnosed with Alzheimer's, either. I had read reviews saying they don't like complicated cases, and I completely agree with those who say this. So, instead of setting up a nursing home for the elderly, I recommend they open a yoga studio or a retreat center for 30-year-olds. That way, they can avoid having to "accept complicated cases" without any further explanation to the families. I'm just saying, what a close call!

My mother's stay during the three months she was here has been good thanks to the team and their support. Special mention goes to Virginia from the administration department, who helped us with everything from the very beginning; she's a true professional and very empathetic. The only thing to note is that the facilities are outdated and need updating.

DISAPPOINTING. I found this care home through MiResi and decided to call to see if I could admit a family member. The care home requested an updated medical report (which I sent in mid-November) and told me that the medical staff needed to assess it. Two days later, they called and told me that my family member was FIT for admission, but that there were no vacancies at that time, so they would be placed on the waiting list. So far, so good. In January, MiResi (a website that searches for and manages care homes to find the best option) contacted me and asked if the care home had contacted me about availability. I told them NO, and they said that a place was now available and that I should call and inquire. I contacted the care home and they told me YES (they should have informed me of the availability, not MiResi). There was already a place available, but I had to resend the updated medical report (which was sent on January 22, 2026). Yesterday, the 26th, I called because I hadn't received any response, and they told me they would call me back as soon as they knew something. Today, the 27th, they called and told me that my relative is NOT suitable for admission. I asked why, since they had previously told me YES and now they were saying NO, and the excuse they gave me was that the doctor had changed and the new one had said NO, and that my relative wouldn't be able to receive the care they needed. (Telling you this speaks volumes about the care home's ability to care for elderly people). From the very beginning, they didn't seem very interested in my relative being admitted there, as they failed to notify me of any available spaces. Furthermore, if they are unable to care for people with certain medical conditions, they should find another line of work, not the care and assistance of the elderly. Their management and treatment leave much to be desired. I DO NOT RECOMMEND even attempting to submit the paperwork for your relatives' admission; it's a waste of time. They give conflicting accounts, and as soon as they realize they have to get their hands dirty, they wash their hands of the matter.

A nursing home that stands out for the humane treatment of the people who work there, from assistants, administrators, doctors, therapists... When you talk to them about your family, it seems like there are no other residents. I like that it's a cheerful nursing home; they celebrate important holidays and keep residents up to date with what's happening outside. Something that could be improved, in my opinion, would be to update the furniture a bit, and for the family, as some other residents have told me, would be to improve the food.

Our experience has been generally good. The attention and care given to our family member is excellent. Perhaps there are a few details that could be improved regarding external services, but overall, we are happy. Virginia and Irene are always very attentive and helpful.
