Opiniones

From Inocenta to you all. Thank you all. Thank you for everything. Thank you to the entire Rosalva family... from caregivers to management, so I don't leave anyone out and can't show my affection. To all my colleagues who were not only friends but family. Thank you for everything... your care, your kindness, your admirable dedication to all the residents, and for so many other things. From the first day, from the moment I arrived at this, my second family, you welcomed me, giving me all your love unconditionally. The soundtrack of these last few happy years spent in this house, where you made me feel at home, was "How's my Ino? Where's my Ino? How's my Ino? How much I love my Ino!"... there was no better care than being with all of you. My children, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren told me about a singer who had a farewell phrase, and to show you my affection and never say goodbye, I would like to appropriately quote it: Until forever Until forever forever Until forever forever forever Thank you very much. Inocenta Aragon Palanco. And her family thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your dedication and love to all the residents. KEEP IT UP!!!

I've been here for less than a month and they are truly very kind and treat residents well. They could use a bit more staff to speed up some tasks; I'm sure management knows which ones are most urgent. They should also request that the city council improve the accessibility of the entrance. The sidewalks are raised and uneven, making it difficult to access with a wheelchair or walker unless accompanied. Otherwise, everything is quite good so far.

I'm giving it one star because I can't do less. The care home is terrible. My mother was there for 14 days, and even then, she kept complaining and I thought it wasn't like that, even though I went every other day. It finally dawned on me that she had an anti-equinus brace that they claimed to have lost; they didn't know where it was. We searched everywhere, and my son finally found it under the bed, but they were looking all over the place. The food was awful. The treatment was terrible. She was completely soaked every day. She was in a wheelchair, and when I went, she was wearing pull-up diapers and two soaked orthotics, even though they made me bring diapers. Everything was awful, very bad treatment, and they treat her badly. She also fell one day. Anyway, if I hadn't taken her out, she would have died, and they kept prolonging her stay in case she wasn't adapting. It only lasted 14 days, and then I had problems getting the extra money back. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT TAKING YOUR FAMILY/FRIENDS OR ANYONE ELSE THERE.
