Opiniones

I want to express my dissatisfaction with this care home. It has very strict rules that restrict visits and direct contact with family members. My relative's condition, despite her illness, deteriorated significantly; we believe she wasn't being properly cared for and fed. Obviously, some patients require exclusive and highly personalized attention, but basic principles shouldn't be disregarded. Poor management.

My sister spent eight months in this care home with dementia. The care was terrible, and everything was shrouded in secrecy. When she was admitted to the hospital, she was malnourished and covered in bedsores. I do not recommend it for people with dementia.

I've had my mother at the nursing home for four years. It's a nursing home with great care, both for residents and family members. My mother is so happy and content there that I know I'm choosing the best nursing home for her. I can only thank all the professionals because, during these difficult times we've been through, they've been able to make sure my mother has a new family with them.

My father was in this care home for two and a half years, until February 2023. The first year was fine. But suddenly, they changed all the staff, and the care began to deteriorate noticeably. There were fewer and fewer staff members and more and more residents. They don't give you the bills unless you ask for them. In my case, it took a year to get them after much insistence. And the worst part is that my father developed ulcers on his feet, which we weren't informed about until months later. I would see him with his foot bandaged, and they would tell me it was because they had given him moisturizing cream, without mentioning the ulcers at all. My father was admitted to the care home's hospital for pneumonia and possible malnutrition, and that's when we realized the true state of the ulcers. One of them was very bad; you could see the bone, and it was necrotic. All of this was done without informing the family. Seeing my father with those ulcers and not having been informed is something I will never forgive. My father didn't make it out of the hospital, but even if he had, he wouldn't have returned to this care home. We haven't received any calls from the care home inquiring about my father's condition. In short, I wouldn't recommend this care home to anyone.

My grandmother is celebrating her 5th year at this residence today and she's very happy. The care is wonderful. We're very pleased with the management, Dr. Ricardo, the food, the cleanliness of the center, and the residents' hygiene—it's a joy to kiss and hug them. Thank you for everything, Concesol.
