Disappointing. They welcome seniors when they are independent, but not when they become dependent. We found a lack of attention, professionalism, empathy, and dedication on the part of the residence's owners, management, and staff. Not recommended.

Terrible experience They don't inspire any trust when you arrive there with your family member, and then the treatment is confirmed as the days go by. Management constantly yells at the staff; it's not a good environment for residents. In short, poor professional ethics.

Terrible experience. The staff are not trained professionals to work with people with Alzheimer's or dementia, and the manager is especially unqualified. You feel completely uneasy when you arrive with your family member, and this is only confirmed as the days go by. In short, a complete lack of professional ethics.

My mother was a resident there for over two years until she passed away, and I only have words of gratitude for the social and healthcare staff, occupational therapist, and for Celia, the manager of the Center. She was very welcoming and had a friendly atmosphere.
