Opiniones

Poor cleaning of the nursing home, average food, very old and unrenovated facilities, they park the elderly in wheelchairs in line before eating... And on top of that, it's not cheap. A huge disappointment. They talk a lot about humane treatment, charity, and care for the elderly, but the reality is that at the slightest hint of the nurses having to work a little harder, they throw the elderly person out on the street. They don't care about the impact and treatment of the family. From the moment they told us they were throwing him out on the street, there was constant harassment to speed up his departure. They even stopped taking good care of him so we would feel forced to leave. TO BE ABSOLUTELY AVOIDED!!!!!!

Family atmosphere, doctor available Monday through Friday all morning, physiotherapist, nurses, exquisite care. The rooms are somewhat small but individual. The garden is spectacular. After the renovation, the bathrooms have been very well adapted.

Horrible experience with my father. The facilities and rooms are old and unrenovated, resembling a nursing home from 50 years ago. The only redeeming feature is the small garden; everything else is very sad. The elderly have no activities and seem bored. The nurses, although not all of them, are very poor; their professionalism and humanity are conspicuous by their absence. My father even smelled BAD, and when we politely spoke to him, they replied that he didn't want to bathe... and other incidents I don't want to describe here. The nursing staff put on a pleasant face, but you scratch a little and nothing happens. We moved my father to another hotel, and it's nothing compared to the cleanliness, facilities, diversity of staff and professional nurses of all kinds, activities for the elderly, follow-up care, a whole different world we weren't familiar with, and for a similar price. The biggest mistake we made was taking him to Father Eladio's residence.

I wasn't a fan of care homes, but now my mother is there out of necessity, and I have to admit there's a wonderful sense of community. The food is just like home cooking. My mother is happy and well cared for, and that's what matters most. If you need to place a family member in a care home, you'll be very satisfied. And above all, you'll have peace of mind knowing they're very well looked after.

It's a small, old, and unrenovated nursing home. There's a director, but the nurses—four of them—are the ones who really run things. Geraldine is the worst because of her arrogance, lack of compassion, and unprofessionalism. They just want comfortable residents so they don't have to work as hard. The residents' hygiene is appalling. This has been my experience.
