Thank you José Antonio, Virginia, Carolina, Pilar, and all the staff... what can we say? We are so grateful for your dedication, professionalism, kindness, and the care you showed my mother-in-law from day one. Alberto, Esther, and I don't have enough words to thank you for the wonderful work you do with our loved ones and for making them feel so at home. Sadly, my mother-in-law passed away a few weeks ago after being with you for 10 years, and we are comforted knowing that she left surrounded by the love and affection of the wonderful family you are. Thank you so much for everything. Hugs to all.

For one year and eight months, my mother resided there, receiving all the care adapted to her needs. All the staff were kind and professional.

My mother-in-law has been in the care home for barely a month and a half. We took her there because she was very ill; she did nothing but sleep, complained of pain all over, refused to eat, and used a cane or sometimes a wheelchair. After this month and a half, we are amazed at the incredible change she has undergone. She seems like a completely different person. She doesn't complain of any pain, walks without a cane, eats a balanced diet, sleeps regularly, and has adapted perfectly to the routine and schedule. Her dementia, which was progressing rapidly, has slowed down. In short, we are overjoyed, especially since she is blind and has adapted wonderfully. Of course, we must highlight the care and attention the caregivers give to all the residents, which is noticeable from the moment you walk in. We wish we had taken her there much sooner. Thank you so much for everything.

Thank you for everything. To you, Jose Antonio, and to all the staff. To Virginia. My mother felt at home and loved. The care was impeccable. Sadly, she has passed away, but she was surrounded by love and affection. It was almost nine years with you, and I can only express my gratitude. A big hug to all the staff for making everything so easy for us. You will always be in my memory. THANK YOU

First of all, thank you so much for everything you're doing these days. It's so comforting to be able to see our mothers through the photos and videos you send us and feel them a little closer despite the distance. It's been very hard not seeing my mother, but I know she's in very good hands. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of them and for making these celebrations so special for them. A big hug to the whole team.
