Our mother, Josefa Sánchez, was a resident at this facility until her death, which occurred at our home, as we took her there some weekends. The admission process was very smooth; we were very well cared for and informed by the director, Mercedes, and her integration into this small community with the other residents and staff was very quick and positive; she felt very comfortable. The facility is modern and in excellent condition, practically new, and has its own parking lot, which makes visiting easier. The facilities—dining room, lounge, etc.—are adequate and spacious enough. Likewise, the bedrooms are large and well-equipped. Our mother was treated very well overall by all the staff at the facility (although in places like this, with so many people involved—residents and staff—conflicts and some understandable but easily rectified mistakes can occur). When she was admitted, she had lost her mobility, but within a few weeks she was already moving around independently with a walker, navigating the long, wide corridors. She progressed very well in a short time, showing remarkable improvement despite her age (101 years). She generally enjoyed the food, was independent, ate practically everything, and never complained about the varied menu available to her. The medical staff always attended to and resolved our requests. In short, excellent facilities and excellent care overall. Highly recommended. The facilities are very well maintained. All the staff at the center go out of their way to ensure the residents receive the best possible care. The occupational therapists and the physiotherapist provide fully individualized care focused on enhancing each resident's abilities. In short, it's a wonderful senior living center.

My mother has been in this residence for just over a month, and from the first day she has told us how well cared for and looked after she feels. Cognitively she is perfectly fine, but she has vision problems and some mobility issues, so her greatest need was companionship and motivation to keep doing things. Despite her vision problems, occupational therapy has given her the enthusiasm to do things, and her spirits have improved considerably. We are very grateful.

I completed my nursing assistant placement at the Casablanca Villaverde Residence, and the experience was excellent. From day one, they made me feel like part of the team and were always willing to teach and help me. The staff treated the residents with warmth and respect; it was clear they cared for them with affection. During my placement, I learned a great deal, and the work environment was very positive. The facilities are well-maintained and clean, and the residents participate in activities that help them stay active. Overall, I am very happy with the experience and highly recommend both the residence and the placement center.

Our experience with our mother, after almost six months in this residence, has been very positive. She entered with several episodes of aggressive behavior, and thanks to the care she received here, these episodes have now almost completely disappeared. She arrived unable to eat independently, but little by little, she has learned to hold a spoon and eats on her own with the supervision of the caregiver. We would like to thank all the staff, as their treatment of us has always been very professional and kind, and they have tried to resolve any issues we have had. From reception and the caregivers to the medical team, management, and the three people in charge of administration (who have worked in shifts), they have been very empathetic whenever we have needed them.
